Welcome to Jupiter Car Service. By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jupiter Car Service.
Booking and Reservations
How to Book
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
- All bookings require customer name, contact information, pickup/drop-off locations, date, and time
- Airport pickups require flight information for monitoring purposes
- You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your booking is confirmed
Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from Jupiter Car Service. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion. Confirmation will include your booking reference number, pickup details, and estimated fare.
Booking Modifications
Customers can change pickup details (time, location, or other trip details) with no penalties as late as 4 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. To modify your booking, please contact us immediately at (718) 499-2222 or info@jupitercarservice.com.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup time
Cancellation Terms
- More than 4 hours before pickup: Full refund, no cancellation fee
- Less than 4 hours before pickup: Please contact us at (718) 499-2222 to discuss an appropriate refund amount. We will work with you to accommodate your situation fairly.
- No-shows: If you fail to appear at the scheduled pickup location and do not contact us, the full fare may be charged
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, contact us immediately by phone at (718) 499-2222 or email at info@jupitercarservice.com with your booking reference number. Cancellations are effective upon confirmation from our team.

We encourage pre-payment and are working towards having all rides pre-paid

For Pre-Paid Bookings (Advance Reservations):
- All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- ACH bank transfers
For On-Demand Rides (Immediate Service):

Pricing and Fares
- Airport Transfers: Flat rates based on pickup/drop-off locations, number of passengers, and child seats required. Rates are all-inclusive (tolls, fees, taxes included).
- Local NYC Rides: We will respond with a quote based on your trip details
- Out-of-Town Trips: Custom pricing provided upon request
- Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in quoted rates and is at your discretion
Vehicle Capacity and Selection
We offer various vehicle types to accommodate your needs. Please ensure you book the appropriate vehicle based on your passenger count and luggage requirements.
Sedan

Ideal for individuals, couples, or small groups with standard luggage
SUV
Max 5 People
Perfect for families or groups with extra luggage space
Large SUV
Max 6 People
Spacious vehicle for larger groups with ample luggage
Minivan
Max 6 People
Great for families or groups with comfortable seating and storage
Important: Exceeding vehicle capacity is not permitted for safety reasons. If your party size exceeds the booked vehicle capacity, we may need to arrange an additional vehicle at additional cost or reschedule your booking.
Service Terms and Conditions
Pickup and Drop-off
- Please be ready at the designated pickup location at your scheduled time
- For airport pickups, our driver will monitor your flight and adjust pickup time accordingly
- We recommend providing accurate contact information for coordination
- If you cannot locate your driver, call our dispatch at (718) 499-2222
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances in vehicles
- Children must use appropriate car seats (we provide upon request)
- Pets are welcome but must be in carriers or properly secured (notify us in advance)
- Passengers are responsible for all personal belongings
Driver Rights
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive passengers
- Drivers may end trips early if passengers violate terms or behave unsafely
- No refund will be provided for trips terminated due to passenger misconduct
Liability and Insurance
Jupiter Car Service maintains proper commercial liability insurance as required by New York State law and TLC regulations. Our vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to the highest safety standards.
Limitation of Liability
- Jupiter Car Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, cancellations, or interruptions
- We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or connections due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Personal belongings left in vehicles are not our responsibility. We will make reasonable efforts to return lost items if reported promptly
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride in question
